Calcium carbide is one of our main products. Our factory is Inner Mongolia Xinheng Calcium Carbide Co., Ltd., located in industrial zone of Zhuozi Province, adjoining the 110 country road, and only 3 miles away from high express way. Our factory is established in 2003 and has been engaged in manufacturing calcium carbide for many years. It takes up an area of 6.333 hectares, building area 5,200 square meters, and investment in the fixed assets is 35,000,000 Yuan. We have 3 carbide stoves and a set of storage, crushing and package machines, and advanced test equipments. Our production capacity is 70,000 tons per year; we can supply the calcium carbide: size 25-50mm, 50-80mm, 80-100mm, gas yield 285 l/kg, 295 l/kg, 305 l/kg. We have passed ISO certificate: high quality above 305, A1 quality A295-304, salable product 75-284. Besides, we can produce the calcium carbide according to customer's requirements. In addition, our company has provided many positions for the laid-off and disabled workers to make our contribution to the society.
